This wine and dinner experience is curated in collaboration with the esteemed James Beard Nominated Chef Sabrina Tinsley, Executive Chef at Osteria LaSpiga in Seattle. Instead of our winemakers selecting the wines for the dinner, you get to be in charge. In this unique experience, you get to venture into the cellar alongside our winemakers to taste a suite of library wines. You are not merely a guest but a collaborator, as you get to then choose which of these library wines will grace the table to enjoy with dinner prepared by the Chef. Your ticket to this groovy soirée includes a welcome glass of our finest Frichette wine, a mouthwatering dinner, and a front-row seat to an evening of musical magic right next to the vines. We bring the South to you for this sensational soul food dinner event hosted at Frichette Winery on Red Mountain! Enjoy a mouthwatering three course spread of staple dishes from the South with a modern twist. Each course is paired with a wine that Greg & Shae Frichette selected for the dinner.
