Our Sashay Rosé is dry and barrel-aged for a few months in neutral oak, allowing the wine to develop a refined character without overpowering its natural flavors. Each sip reveals a symphony of ripe berry notes, making it a perfect companion for any occasion.

Cabernet Sauvignon brings bright, red raspberry and sweet tobacco leaf on the nose. Bright cherry with the first sip that evolves into mocha, caramel, and valnilla notes on a long finish.
The small berries from this vineyard site along with being aged in almost entirely new Frech oak barrels create intense, dark fruit and toasted marshmellow on the nose. On the palate, rich blackberry and black cherry notes are followed with a long finish with a hit of caramel.

Enjoy our 2022 Carmenere when you want to spice up any evening with street tacos, carne asada or lamb. We source a couple ton of the Carmenere wine grapes from Heart of the Hill Vineyard (owned and farmed by Kiona Vineyards and Winery), one of the only vineyards on the mountain planting this wine grape.

Right when this wine pours into your glass, you'll know it means business. Deep, dark purple color with blackberry and blueberry on the nose. On the first sip, you may be overwhelmed by the boldness of the blackberry flavors which quickly take a turn to a ripe raspberry, and finally a hint of caramel on the finish.
The Red Mountain Merlot is velvety smooth. Ripe raspberry and mocha notes on the nose and ripe strawberry with silky tannins on the palate.
The silkiness of this wine makes it enjoyable on it's own and bold enough to be a great pairing with gouda cheese melted on your favorite burger off the grill.

Our Reserve is built first, before we do anything else with a vintage. It's our favorite blend of five varietals that showcases soft tannin, bold fruit, aged in French oak barrels. Ripe strawberry and toasted vanilla on the nose with ripe blackberry and mocha notes on the palate.
If you think bigger is better, Sashay Syrah is for you. Boysenberry, blackberry, a hint of blueberry, tobacco, and vanilla in every sip of this medium tannin wine.
