This wine and dinner experience is curated in collaboration with the esteemed James Beard Nominated Chef Sabrina Tinsley, Executive Chef at Osteria LaSpiga in Seattle. Instead of our winemakers selecting the wines for the dinner, you get to be in charge. In this unique experience, you get to venture into the cellar alongside our winemakers to taste a suite of library wines. You are not merely a guest but a collaborator, as you get to then choose which of these library wines will grace the table to enjoy with dinner prepared by the Chef.
