2019 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from two different vineyards on Red Mountain that brings bright, red raspberry and sweet tobacco leaf on the nose. Bright cherry with the first sip that evolves into mocha, caramel, and vanilla notes on a long finish.

Review of Washington Wines
2019 Frichette Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain ($45)
This is an impressive 100% Cabernet from the Red Path and Scooteney Flats vineyards. It displays a deep ruby-crimson color and a perfumed nose of raspberry, Bing cherry, black currant, rose petals, tobacco, cedar, olive, anise and stick incense. The flavors are well delineated, with notes of licorice, Swiss chocolate, French roast and calcareous earth. The back reveals pressed fruits, toasted pecans, kirsch and cassis liqueurs, integrated oak (100% new French) and graphite, followed by a long satiny tannin finish. 19/20 points.
