2016 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the world premiere of what we're calling the neighbor blend. We sourced the grapes for this pure varietal from the two closest wine grape growers to our winery on Red Mountain; Red Path and Scooteney Flats.
This wine has intense dark fruit flavors and color you can enjoy on it's own or with your favorite steak dinner.
On the nose: Black cherry, blackberry, hint of vanilla.
On the palate: Ripe black cherry, raspberry, baking spices and a touch of vanilla on the finish.
